Held annually the first week of October at the Jaycee Fairgrounds located on Fairground Road off US Business #1 north of Swainsboro. Rides are provided by Midwest Midways. There are commercial exhibits. Exhibits by 4-H'ers from Emanuel and surrounding counties can be viewed. Various animal competitions are provided by the FFA clubs. Fair beauty pageants are held nightly. Special entertainment is held several nights during the week.
